2. Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
3. Condition of Product: To qualify for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when we sent it. This means it should never have been opened or sprayed.
4. Shipping Charges: Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
6. In-Store Returns: If you prefer, you can return the product to any of our in-store locations. In this case, no restocking fee will apply, but shipping charges will still not be reimbursed.
