What to include with your inquiry
To open a trade account we need to verify that you are an active Canadian business. Please send all documents below once we reply to your inquiry. Applications without verification cannot be processed.
Documents required
- Copy of your municipal or provincial business licence
- CRA Business Number (BN)
- GST or HST registration number
- PST or QST registration, if you operate in BC, Saskatchewan, Manitoba or Quebec
- Proof of business address, such as a recent utility bill, lease or bank statement in the business name
Business details
- Legal business name and operating name, if different
- Business type, such as retail store, online reseller, salon or spa
- Website, storefront address or social media handles
- Brands and categories you want to carry
- Estimated first order value and how often you expect to reorder
- Shipping address and preferred contact person
