In this disclaimer, "we", "us" and "our" refer to No Excuses The Fragrance Shop Inc., operating as No Excuses Fragrances, an independent Canadian fragrance retailer operating four locations in Alberta. "Website" refers to noexcusesfragrances.ca. "You" refers to any person accessing the website, or the business on whose behalf they are accessing it.

Availability and pricing are not guaranteed

Our website and our retail locations do not share a live inventory system. Stock levels shown online are updated periodically and may not reflect what is physically on our shelves at any given moment. Our stores carry a considerably larger selection than we are able to list online, and an item shown as unavailable here may well be in stock at one of our locations.

Prices shown on this website apply to online orders only. In store pricing is set separately and may differ. Neither price constitutes a binding offer until an order is accepted or a sale is completed at the counter. We may correct pricing errors, change prices, and add, alter or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Where an item sells out after an online order has been placed, we will contact you to arrange a refund or a substitute. Placing an order does not guarantee fulfilment.

Product images and packaging

Photographs on this website are provided to help identify a product and are illustrative only. Bottle designs, caps, labels, batch codes and outer packaging are periodically revised by manufacturers, and the item you receive may differ visually from the image shown. Colour reproduction also varies between screens. These variations are not defects and do not affect authenticity.

Fragrance notes, longevity and projection described on product pages are drawn from manufacturer descriptions and general reference material. Scent is subjective and performs differently on different skin, so these descriptions are guidance rather than a guarantee of how a fragrance will behave for you.

Brand affiliation and trademarks

No Excuses Fragrances is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an authorized dealer of any fragrance brand sold on this website or in our stores, unless expressly stated otherwise. Every product we sell is genuine and sourced through authorized distributors and licensed fragrance wholesalers.

All brand names, product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used on this website solely to identify the goods we offer for sale.

Sensitivities and personal use
